We hold over 70 years experience in the heating and plumbing industry and place a high focus on customer care and quality workmanship. All of our Engineers are trained to the highest industry standards and high-quality workmanship remains at the top of our agenda. Our Engineers use the most technically advanced and cost-effective methods available, all of our work is aesthetically pleasing and carried out with minimal disruption.

Covid-19 update

We are aware that it is becoming difficult to obtain support with Plumbing and heating issues locally.

We would like to reassure you that we remain available and are now also offering Customers the opportunity to Videocall an Engineer. Our Engineers will talk you through rectifying your issue if this is possible.

The health and safety of all our customers and staff is our priority during this period. We value all of our customers and are focusing on ensuring that all of our Customers remain comfortable during this period.

Our Office staff will remain available during Office hours and will remain available should government advice change. As this is a busy period unless you have been contacted by our Office staff your appointment remains.

Keeping Our Customers Safe

We are now contacting all of our customers prior to appointments to assess the Covid-19 Risk. We are also happy to move customers appointments.

Our Engineers have stated that they would like to work during this period and are taking extra precautions. Our Engineers are aware of the symptoms of Covid 19 and are refraining from work should any symptoms arise.

Engineers are also wearing Surgical Gloves and hand washing before and after entering properties, they are also and keeping a safe distance from Customers at all times.
