Gas Boiler Breakdown

£6 per month (New Boiler Fit by Us)

  • Repairs to your Gas Boiler and Controls
  • Repairs to your Thermostat and programmer
  • Accidental Damage Repairs Up to £1000 to gain access and make good for each repair
  • FREE Annual Boiler service
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it has caused
  • Design faults and faults someone else caused that you used for repairs
  • Taps or Showers
  • Repairs to the central heating system including radiators.

£60 Excess on above plan

Gas Boiler Breakdown

£12 per month

  • Repairs to your Gas Boiler and Controls

Gas Central Heating Cover

£20 per month

  • Repairs to your Gas Central Heating System, including Boiler Controls and Hot Water Cylinder
  • Accidental damage Repairs
  • Up to £1000 to gain access and make good for each repair
  • Repairs to your plumbing system in your home and outbuildings and the water supply pipes to restore flow
  • FREE Annual Boiler service
  • Removing sludge or scale or repairing the damage it has caused
  • Showers and their parts, shower pumps and sanitary ware
  • Shared drains
  • Faults caused by someone else
  • Electrical appliances

Covid-19 update

We are aware that it is becoming difficult to obtain support with Plumbing and heating issues locally.

We would like to reassure you that we remain available and are now also offering Customers the opportunity to Videocall an Engineer. Our Engineers will talk you through rectifying your issue if this is possible.

The health and safety of all our customers and staff is our priority during this period. We value all of our customers and are focusing on ensuring that all of our Customers remain comfortable during this period.

Contacting Us during this Period

Our Office staff and Engineers are focusing on meeting all of our Customers needs.

Our Office staff will remain available during Office hours and will remain available should government advice change. As this is a busy period unless you have been contacted by our Office staff your appointment remains.

Keeping Our Customers Safe

We are now contacting all of our customers prior to appointments to assess the Covid-19 Risk. We are also happy to move customers appointments.

Our Engineers have stated that they would like to work during this period and are taking extra precautions. Our Engineers are aware of the symptoms of Covid 19 and are refraining from work should any symptoms arise.

Engineers are also wearing Surgical Gloves and hand washing before and after entering properties, they are also and keeping a safe distance from Customers at all times.
